Total Community Care Australia was founded on a simple belief: that people living with disability deserve better — better access, better consistency, and support workers who genuinely care.
We're small by design. That means every participant gets real attention — not a number in a system. We proudly support plan-managed and self-managed participants across Sydney, with a team that shares one common value: that every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect and genuine warmth.
